"I have a great deal of respect for clients who show up courageously wanting to work hard and transform their vulnerability and pain into strength. As a therapist, I believe that being in a safe, judgment-free environment where you feel truly heard is vital to growth and healing.

With a strong relationship as a foundation, I provide empathy and encouragement while gently challenging clients to identify what is causing them the most discomfort. I strive to balance accountability with compassion, so my clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. By emphasizing a relational and collaborative approach with my clients, and integrating various therapeutic methods, we can work together to reach each client’s therapeutic goals. You may also see my therapy dog, Hannah, joining me in sessions.
